The Bait Saver is a 2" x 1" plastic mesh basket. You lift the lid and place the bait of your choice inside. My personal choice is "blood bait" where the blood can get in the water and the fish can smell and taste it. After this, you are ready to fish. Just cast your line, reel in your fish, remove it and your ready to cast again (no need to replace your bait as it should still be in the basket).
